Ryan Waddell joined our team in May as a new Commercial Investment Advisor for the Sacramento area.
Ryan has several years of real estate finance experience working for some Sacramento’s top producing banks. During this time he became an expert in real estate financial analysis, underwriting analysis, and secondary market analysis. He managed over $100 million in active monthly loans and became the youngest Account Executive at one of the country’s top three wholesale lenders. He completed several advanced courses in real estate financial analysis and customer needs analysis to set himself apart as trusted real estate advisor in the industry.
In 2008, Ryan decided it would be a great time to return to school to further his real estate education. In 2012, Ryan graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Facility and Property Management. During his time at school Ryan placed 1st in two student case study competitions focused on Sustainable Construction and Building Commissioning. He was a student member of CCIM, IREM, IFMA, and the BYU Real Estate Club. From 2011 to 2012 he served as the BYU IREM Student Representative. He also completed a prestigious three month internship with GE Capital in Washington, D.C. and worked on the exclusive hotel financing team covering the entire US.
Ryan has a deep passion for real estate. He continues to further his education by working toward the respected Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation offered through the CCIM Institute.
Ryan grew up in the East Bay in Danville, CA. He moved to the Sacramento area in 2002 and now resides in Rocklin with his wife Ashley and daughter Brooklyn.
