Our History
Founded in 1980 by Jan and Bev Laverty, Laverty Real Estate provided highly qualified, professional commercial property management to property owners in the greater Sacramento region.
In 2004, Tanner Laverty and Marc Chacón joined the Laverty Real Estate team after 20 years of establishing its reputation for excellence in property management in the Greater Sacramento area. The addition of Tanner and Marc allowed the company to incorporate asset acquisition, marketing and leasing and disposition services to its existing management services.
In January 2006, Laverty Real Estate was officially acquired by Laverty Chacón, Inc., and continues to do business as Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate. Today Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate carries on the tradition of excellence in client service and prides itself in applying market insight and analytical skills to provide a high level of service.
